hello all,
I have been asked by cic to upload additional documents by 5th january 2019 or else my application will be refused. However, I do not see any upload button in mycic account. I have
a. Emailed to cpc ottawa
b. Raised a Case Specific Enquiry
C. Raised a technical issue ticket

My concern is that all this will take a lot of tims and meanwhile my application might get rejected. Is there any other method to provide documents to cic ?
