How to track PR card?

Hello there,

Does anyone know if we can use this link by tracking our PR card application? I feel doubt if this link actually works.

Many people here recommend the other way - tracking by linking through your EE Profile... but I have no access to my profile since my immigration consultant processed my file.

Hi everyone,
I have sent my passport, and photo to CPCO-PR visa, Ottawa. On the first of May 2024. They sent a letter to me to renew the photo. I sent them the new photo on June 1. Now I am in urgent need of my passports. Do you happen to know what I can do?
How can I track my Co-PR.
