HOW TO TAKE IELTS WITHOUT PASSPORT : INDIA

Dear All,
Request your help in a very peculair situation. Though, I have taken my IELTS my wife has not. Reason being my wife has applied for passport but still to get it. Is there any other document/Identity proof showing which she can take IELTS.

By the time she receives her passport, i assume April would well be over. She has not applied through Tatkal - that was a big mistake we did. kindly help

If possible ask an passport agent..any possibililty to convert to tatkal..

She can take IELTS with her NIC National Identity Card.
