I've received a message from IRCC: Medical Report - Section A Client identification and summary (IMM 1017E)
On that form IMM 1017Em, it states: Once your medical examination has been completed the Panel Physician will submit medical results to IRCC for assessment. To obtain a copy of your Immigration Medical Examination please ask the panel physician at the time of your appointment.
I have done the medical exam 2 weeks ago right after submitted the SP application online.
I received the copy of the report 1 week ago.
I made a call to the medical exam centre, they told me that I have to send the "Information Sheet" to the local consulate.
The local consulate does not accept phone enquiry ...
There is no way to upload any document to the online portal ...
Consulate will not see you.
Were you asked to do medical with a message from IRCC? You are not supposed to do medical until they ask you and give you a special letter to take to the clinic, that way the clinic submits the results automatically through ircc website, OR you should have done medical before submitting your application and then submit the results with the application.
The only option now is to send the information sheet via ircc webform.
