Hello..has anyone received a Ready for Visa mail for those who has dependents residing outside Canada? I am confused how to submit Appendix B with the principal applicant's signature when it should be sent in a package together with the dependent's passport and photos, who is outside Canada? How are we going to submit it? Please help.
