How to start my application?

Hello,
I have created my Express Entry Profile, not submitted it yet. But through online CRS Tool I have seen that my score comes 337 which is very low to get ITA for Express Entry. So, now can I use my this EE profile for FSWC? If so, then how? If it is not possible then how can I start for FSWC?

FSW programme closed in December 2014 and was replaced with it by Express Entry programme. You can increase your chances by getting a provincial nomination which will give you 600 points extra. Go to the Express Entry and Provincial Nominations sections of this forum.
