I am planning to immigrate as soon as possible to Canada but my CRS is bit low which is not achieving express entry score.
In this case how soon I can move to Canada? How can I get the job offer for my profile? Can someone help.

You should assume it won't be possible to secure a job offer.

You'll need to explore options for immigrating to Canada without a job offer. If you don't have enough points for Express Entry, look into the PNP streams.
