How to show home ties for Canadian Student Visa while applying other countries?

Hello All

Is there any body have information about the procedures to show home ties if I am holding a Pakistani passport applying Canadian Study visa from UK?

A brief detail of my scenario is as below:

I am student tier 4 in UK since last 3 years, UK visa is expiring in 20 months. My wife is dependent on me here she is going to apply a PGD course in Canada in Jan 15 intake. What is the best possible way to show the home ties. She is traveling alone and I'll be in UK joining here after.

properties in your home country are the best way ... apart frm that family, business etc

Thanks for your quick response. If I show them attested copies of property documents and valuation from any property agent on a stamp paper, you think it's enough. Or there is any specific format and requirements I need to follow?

state that in ur SOP brother n if u have busines thn show its income tax paper.....

No I don't have any business and I am in UK for three years now. I will mention relation in SOP, but still not clear about property valuation document...

i do not think u need to show them ur property valuation papers...bt would help in funds section...but thn again CIC wants to c more liquid assests n properties are not that liquid like cash are they ?

That's why I am looking for some guidance as consultants here are saying contradicting things.

I am planning to submit bank statement of GBP 12000 (CAD 22000) apart from fee. Also they haven't mention on the website about any thing else but I am thinking to use them as family ties from home country.

Any thoughts?

Current assets or even liquid assets satisfy the financing part of the application. Whereas fixed assets like a home, land, buildings etc are used to assure VO that you've strong ties to your home country.
