Hi everyone. I recently got a big gift from my parents (roughly $14000 CAD). I intend to apply for PR soon as I already have an ITA. My average balance for 6 months though is a around $5000 CAD. The recent gift has put my balance to what is required for the application. Is this is issue? If I show the notarized gift deed am I all set? Or does the average balance need to be $12300 for 6 months in which case I should wait. Do they care about the balance at the time of the submission of application?
