Medical report will send directly by your DMP, here you don't have to do anything just go and finish your medical exam to your nearest DMP.
Regarding RPRF and PP request : read the letter from VO, they mentioned in it how to submit it. don't forget to pay RPRF fees in exact amount only (PA + dependents if you have), my advice is use DD in INR (ND VO Accepted RPRF fees in INR).
same for PCC read instructions what your VO mentioned with PCC request (OR) send original of PCC in good envelope, mentioned addresses (ND VO and yours with your name), write your application file number on the envelope.
it's very easy and simple.
