CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO SEND PASSPORT FROM INDIA TO US FOR STAMPING? MY VISA OFFICE IS BUFFALO BUT I AM IN INDIA. NEED HELP. THANKS
 
There are only 2 ways of dong this:

a.Either you apply for a visitor visa to US and then take them alongwith you(you have to be really lucky to get one though)
b.Give it to a friend alongwith an authorization leter who can take it on you behalf

There is no 3rd way to send passports from India to any overseas location
