how to request a FBI clearance report from outside USA

Does anyone know how do I request for the FBI clearance report from outside USA. I didnt find any explanation on www.fbi.gov regarding procedure for requesting FBI clearance from abroad. does any one know. I will really appreciate. Thank you!

Just follow the same procedures everyone in the US does and mail it to the FBI. It doesn't matter that you are outside the US. I would include a prepaid return envelope and more than one set of fingerprints in case the quality isn't good enough.

Thanks a lot canadiangirl. i would follow the same procedure as everyone in US does and give my US mailing address. My question in regards to fingerprint card FD-258. On the fingerprint card it does ask CITIZENSHIP CTZ
YOUR NO. OCA
FBI NO. FBI

How do I feel these section on the form. Do you know?

All we did was go to the local police department, got my husbands finger prints then got a prepaid envelope and sent it. It worked, we got the results back in 2 months.
