Hello Caroline, Thanks for this post, Im in exact situation now. I honestly didnt see the visitor part when filling the schedule A for PNP nomination. While i was filling the statutory for Express Entry, I caught it and had to refer back to my schedule A to see what I ticked there.
Please can you advise me on how to resolve this.

Okay, i'm in a similar situation. I didn't state the US refusal in my PNP application but said Yes to the question in my PR application. Will that be a problem due to inconsistencies between my PNP application and PR application?
