My parents got their visit visa refusal today and they were planning on visiting my sister who was expecting her 3rd. She is permanently resistant and wants to apply for GCMS notes. Does she need only the application number of my parent's visa or does she also need any other details too? kindly guide me with his.

Am sponsoring my wife and my SA is delayed. Do i need consent form signed by wife for the gcms notes even though its only to get the notes related to my SA status.

If it's just for your SA, than it's only your signature required. If you are your wife's authorized representative and getting the notes on her behalf to see the status of HER application, she must also sign it.

Hi,
I am sponsoring my wife and her application is delayed. Can we send a gcsm note request requesting both SA and PR information, or do we have to send separate requests?
If we can send two, can we send both (for PR application and SA) at the same time?
i ordered them 6 days ago through Thegcmsnotes.com but have yet to hear any feedback, What did you order for ? for me its study permit refusal so i hope its faster
It will depend on whether you ordered from IRCC or CBSA. If it was IRCC, you can expect them within 30-120 days, depending on if you are lucky.
If it was CBSA, you can receive them within 30 days, if there is an extension, it can take 60-90 days. CBSA still is more credible since if your GCMS notes are can not be released within 30 days, CBSA will inform you of the extension, and usually will release the GCMS notes on or before the extension expires for most requests.
If you are in Canada, you can order them for free under the Privacy Act yourself. Or if you have a relative or friend, they can do it for you under the Access to Information Act, and get it done for $5.
However, if you are not in Canada, and do not have anyone to order it for you, then you have to get it from one of the websites, that most people do, and pay for the services.

Privacy Act is no good
If you need detailed notes on immigration history and detail officer notes you need access to information act
I have ordered Privacy Act quite few times never got them
When I ordered Access to Information Act always got them
