I am an il-land applicant and was ordering GCMS notes to check the status of my application. I am confused about these 2 options; What should I choose?

Which specific information are you looking for?:

1. The application, supporting documents and correspondences sent to and/or from IRCC
2. Status Update of File/Reasons for Refusal/Officer's Electronic Notes

If I want to request my stored documents about my previous temporary residence application in IRCC's database, which option do I have to chose when I request my GCMS notes? Are these selections correct?

*I am currently living in Canada on the work permit and I think I can request my information myself rather than requesting GCMS notes through a citizen or permanent resident. Am I right?
Sorry if the answer to my questions Are obvious, but I really need these documents and I don't want to lose one month and then find out I did the wrong request!

I just ordered GCMS notes for PR/Express Entry using the step-by-step by @Sue2017
I successfully submitted the request and received a confirmation with a tracking number.
"You have successfully submitted your request under the Privacy Act to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada."
However, there were no payment request anywhere on the pages.
Is this ok?

I am ordering the notes for my PR application. I have ordered them once already but now have a total memory block in what i chose here. Is it correct that i have to pick the second option: Status Update of File/Reasons for Refusal/Officer's Electronic Notes?

I think there are only two options: E-mail or CD, depends which one you selected when you made the request.

I am thinking to apply for GCMS Notes, but I have representative in my files, can I apply GCMS notes as sponsor for spouse .

it would not impact to my file? or do my representative have to apply for GCMS Notes,

I want to order a note but I have no representative in Canada,is there anyway You can help?
