with the following details.
Subject: E000xxxx - Visa Office

Let them know your details:

Application number:
Date of Birth: YYYY-MM-DD
Last Name:
First Name:
UCI:
Category of Immigration: (Federal Skilled Worker, Canadian Experience Class, etc.)

You typically get a response within 24 - 48 hours. I got mine within an hour of sending it out within their Canadian working hours.

I don't have a UCI no either. I emailed 2 days ago and no reply

If you haven't had any communication from them outside of the AOR and ITA, then it's likely you don't know about your UCI (which is usually at the top of the messaage).

In such cases, I would strongly advise just calling them up on their number and speaking with them to ask for the same.

The phone number to call is: +1 613-944-4000

Pay attention to the IVR system, choose options correctly and eventually they'll put you through to a representative.

Call post 9:00 AM Ottawa time and be prepared for wait times as long as 20 minutes and hope that you get a good, happy and cooperative representative, too.

What is the format of the UCI number? what does it start with? how many characters is it?

It's an eight digit number, sometimes seperated by a dash between the first four and last four numbers (i.e. XXXX-XXXX)

If you don't have the number, the application number will suffice. You can additionally request the UCI as well as the visa office when submitting your query via e-mail in that case.

I will wait until they complete the 20 working days and email again for both.

I got an automatic mail response they answer only CSE's. Dont know in which Visa office Im in.
