Hi all

would somebody throw some light on the procedure of informing the changes like address, or job etc after the full application has been sent to VO.

Shall we send it via post or email and shall it be written to the the concerned VO or the CIO (as i have seen the option Change of Address on CIC webiste while seeing my application status).

After how many days of CHANGE we are supposed to update VO about this?

Replies much appreciated

this is from an older post:

just to correct you my friend, if your visa office is within Canada then only you can change address online via ecas, otherwise you have to send letter/fax/scanned copy of letter in email. So practically no FSW applicant can do it online. Visa office outside Canada can not download the address we change online (this is what I got in response from CHC ND).

If you have ur 2nd AOR the visa office indicated how and where you can contact them in case there are some changes in your application... :)

You can inform the visa office via e-mail from the CIC webpage. Go to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/apply-where.asp and click on the visa office responsible for your territory. When the detailed page for your visa office, click on "Case Specific Enquiry" link and follow the instructions through the disclaimer and privacy notices into the e-mail form.

If you already submitted your documents to the London CHC and are just waiting for the second AOR from them, then use the link I provided above to send the change to the London Visa Office directly.

If you haven't submitted the documents to them yet but have the first AOR already, then you can advise them of the change when you submit the documents by 1) changing your application and 2) mentioning the change in a cover letter to your supporting documents.
