Have you even looked at where you are going on a map? At Victoria's Wikipedia page? Googled the city? Anything??? Bit worrying that you will be attending the University of Victoria and yet didn't even know that Victoria is on an island.
BRO, delhi to victoria is Rs 72,000 while delhi to vancouver is Rs 62,000. the difference is about Rs 10,000 or $200 while bus from vancouver airport to downtown victoria is only $60 , that why , also the ferry trip w'd give great sights as well
Hey I am not a bro. I am a girl. And I dint know you were under a certain budget. You did not mention it anywhere. So thats why I suggested the easiest way out. I just thought that how much problem one has if they have three four suitcases with them. But if you can handle that, then yes go ahead in the ferry Enjoy the ferry ride. It would be beautiful

I am not sure when I would be coming. I havent got my Visa yet If you are staying with a family , you might have restrictions cause their way of living is quite different from ours. Though some people do prefer to live with local families. I would be renting my own apartment. More comfortable for me
YES THATS LOOKS VERY CONVENIENT, BTW IS IT POSSIBLE TO TAKE THE FERRY (NOT THE BUS) FROM VANCOUVER AND THEN BUS IN VICTORIA TO REDUCE CHARGES, BUT THATS POSSIBLE IF FERRY IS CLOSE TO YVR AIRPORT ?
