How to get PNP nomination through Express entry?

When an applicant submits their profile through Express entry, do they get nominated for PNP automatically? My score is 427 at the moment and I'm eligible for PNP nomination (masters stream).
I'm a bit unclear about how it works, could anyone please explain it to me?

If your education is from Canada, then you might get invitation itself else you have to apply for each province whenever they open.

No you have to apply for it manually. Some streams even close very fast, so u should check it all the time.
