Submission: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm
Inquiry and Collection: Monday to Friday between 3 PM to 4.30 PM

Documentation : you have to apply through the online application portal. Print it in two set.
other documents : if your are PR holder , photo copy of PR card . if not , Photo copy of NOD letter.
