This is required for the PCC from Saudi Arabia. I think local police station do not offer this service. If someone can guide me which police office should I go in Bangalore?

they are offering fingerprint services Recording fingerprints for Medical License, Visa, Immigration, Police Clearance Certificate, Criminal Background Check, Work Permit and Criminal History Records Clearance. so ask them by call or email.
I am aware of this service, but they do not conduct here in bangalore and minimum we have to go to Hyderabad to get it done... pretty expensive too... approx 13K.

That's true but immigration will change your life sure and you will be rich in nearest future ;D if you don't have any services in banglore than you can use this mentioned services for fingerprint. Read testimonial there are some Banglore people they done from them, so I hope you call them and ask them may be they will help you or someone work for them at Banglore!!
