I am in a very bad situation at the moment. I was an international student from 2012 to 2013 and been on a work permit after, I extended my status in 2014 on LMO based work permit, but had to quit that job due to some reason, but status got valid till the end of the WP issued.
Now that status is going to expire in couple of months and I haven't got any Nomination/ITA because of less points. I am trying to find a job offer from last one year, but have't got one. Can someone please suggest me how can I get my legal status again in order to extend my legal stay.
It will be expiring in next 2 months approximately. Can I go back to school again? If yes what's the process if any one had that situation before it not, how to restore as a visitor and what I have to prove them??
Please advice

The study permit process is the same as it was when you applied before. Given your time in Canada, your soon-to-expire status and your lack of ties to your home country, your chances are lower.
There is no need to restore your status as long as you don't let it expire. You can apply to change your status to visitor.

1. Get enrolled in school again and get a student status.
2. Get a job, which you claim you are having a difficulty getting
3. Change your status to visitor, which will be difficult as CIC will give you a hard time since the intention of a student visa is to study and return back to your country upon its completion.
4. See if your are eligible for PNP.
5. Change status to International Experience Canada (ICE) if you are from an eligible country.
I am not sure on what kind of WP you are on. If you are on a post graduation WP it comes with conditions and if you have failed to meet the conditions you may already be out of status. If you are in status, just see what you are eligible for and apply.
I have a LMO based work permit which is expiring in two months, what's the best way for me to get into the legal status, if I choose to go back to the school, what I suppose to do for that and when is the write time to apply, what's the whole process ??
Just incase if I miss the deadline or let my status expire, is it possible to regain the status again ?? If yes, what's the procedure for that??

If you go back to school you have to select a college -> select a course -> apply -> get approval/admission letter from college-> apply for student visa. Start it asap if you want to take this route. But you may not be eligible for pgwp since already you took it and it's given once.
Also check what you want to achieve by maintaining status as student. Now may be work experience could be the only way to boast your crs since already you have studied. If you are not getting job in Canada then go for job in your home country. Foreign exp will boast your crs.
