I just received notice that my application to sponsor my American husband to immigrate to Canada has been accepted. They sent me an email, with a Biometric Instruction Letter. We live in Texas and cannot get through to a live person at USCIS to make an appointment. Does anyone know how to book an appointment?
 
In the UK you can book appointments online through the Canadian Visa Application Centre website but not sure about in the US
