How to contact embassy about new study admission letter!? Please help

I applied to study in fall 2020 in Concordia university, due to covid-19 my visa processing was postponed because i was not able to do my biometrics, but now It’s reopened, I contacted my university for new admission for winter semester 2021, how do i send my new admission letter to the Canadian embassy? I’m afraid that if i give my biometrics i will get refusal because my admission letter is outdated. How do i make sure they receive my new admission letter??
