Hi All
I have a important thing ask. Once I have applied for Canada visit visa which got rejected ( visit visa) after I got ITA in Pr application and I was not aware of visit visa rejection as I did not pay attention to that email so I forgot to mention that fact while submission of Pr application do you feel it will affect our application ?

Do know how can I inform cic that I forgot to mention this fact

Please advice
