How do I communicated change in marital status to the CIC. I applied for PR last month after getting the invitation in October.

I am getting married and want to add my spouses application to my application.

2nd query
Spouse has a masters degree. Do I need WES evaluation for her undergrad degree too? Its going to take a few months because the university is being super lethargic.

Send a CSE.

They will tell you how to proceed - No need to do her WES evaluation but be prepared to do her medicals and police certificate.

So none of her degrees need to be converted?

Police verification and Medical shouldn't be an issue.

ECA is not mandatory for spouse. But you will have to get medicals, police certificate, updated proof of funds, spouse's passport and marriage certificate.
