How to check the status online

I do not have any ID numbers of any sort

All I have is American and Canadian passports. How do i check the status online? I did not receive any letter in the mail and unfortunately did not make a copy of my receipt

If you have paid the fees online you should have been given a receipt which contains a receipt number (IMM5401) it should start R0..... use this with the details of the person that is doing the sponsoring. It may say that your record doesn't exist this means they haven't yet put you on the system this can take a little while and from other posts on the forum they are a bit back logged.
