There will likely be very long periods of time when nothing happens you are just waiting for a hearing date. That can be over a year if not more

it depends where you filed 604-666-9103 this is Vancouver (western region ) number. The time varies with your lawyer if your using one.

It's been a long while I'm not hearing back from IRB after my 2nd eligibility interview but recently I saw that on July 21, 2023 they did the Background Check again. Does this mean they are working on it to schedule hearing ?

you can call them but if you have a lawyer you have to wait for feedback from your lawyer

A lawyer is also at the mercy of IRB they also can’t predict when you will get a hearing
