how to change mailing and e-mail address

Actually In my friend application , the concultant wrote his own address both mail and e-mail so now my friend is receiving mail from immigration office via consultant only but now he want to change his address so that he can get direct contact with the immigration office , he has file no .can he change E -mail and mailing address ? if he change address , does his consultant can harm his application . please suggest me.

Hi,

Since he submitted the form Use of Representative, most of the updates for your friend's apps will be mailed to his consultant. I have no idea if he could change his agents email add & mailing add to his email and mailing add but he can try to send Case Specific Enquiry online to the embassy where he submitted his applications.
