I tried again today to call cic to check if the loe i sent via cse was updated or not but still couldnt connect to an agent,i tried sending an email and they replied that i should call or raise a cse as my application is in central office sydney,now what can i do please?

Are you calling from outside or inside canada???i always have the message that sorry all agents are busy and then the line disconnects automatically,i call that number +1 (613) 944-4000 and then press 1 for most of the choices enter my profile number and birthday year then hear a message sayingg my application status and eventually end with the above message when i choose to speak to an agent
