Hello! My mom is an open work permit holder right now and her PR is on process under the live in caregiver. Now she needs to go to the philippines because my grandpa is really sick. I know she has to apply for a re entry visa but i just wanna confirm if this is a VISITOR VISA??? Even she is a worker here isnshe still gonna use the application kit for visitors? And she's applying within canada btw. Just wanna confirm please and thank you!

She has to apply INLAND for a Temporary Resident Visa. The package with the IMM5257.
