how to apply for t4 after work permit expires

hi, my work permit is expiring on the 15 of july this year and I'm going back home, I wanted to know how can I apply fir my t4 for the year 2015

Hi srinivas,

You can't get your T4 slip for 2015 in this year. You will be able to get it in 2016. May be Feb 2016.
why you try to going home after expire your workpermit. what is your profession. where you working.
