I am an international student in Canada and my husband wants to stay here with me. So how to apply for a spouse visa. And what are the chances for it ? What all documents need to show?

He needs to apply for an OWP based on your work permit. Who gets accepted isn’t exactly clear. You do have to show that you can support another person in Canada even if you struggle to find employment. Other requirements like showing ties back home like you did are also important.
