How to apply for CSQ??

Hey all, I got an email from IRCC letting me know to apply for the CSQ. I went to the Quebec govt website they listed and it's just terrible for finding any useful information on how to apply. I called them and was told I need to sign up for Mon Projet Quebec and apply through there, but it seems like the application process there is just for skilled workers. I have a PGWP, but I'm applying for PR through the family class.

I did find the form A-0520-BA, is that what I need to send? Can it only be mailed? I would appreciate any information about this. TIA!

Fill out all the forms in KIT A (note you must fill out the French version of the forms, the English is available just so you can understand the questions, if needed).

Then you must print and sign the forms, and post to the MIDI in Montreal, Quebec.
