How to answer What is your highest level of completed education?

I have successfully completed two post-graduate certificate program at Centennial College here in Canada and I am confused as to how to answer the question on the highest level of completed education.

There is no selection for a Post-Graduate level.

Since my program required prior Bachelors degree what should I answer?

I appreciate all advice.

Answering my own inquiry from the past to help future forum members who have the same doubts I had in the past ... since I already got my PR ...

The answer or selection I used in my applications was two or more post-secondary program credentials, one of which must be a credential issued on completion of a post-secondary program of three years or longer
