Highest Level of Education Complete

Hi, good day! I am confused and would like to clarify. On the Alberta EOI, the first question is highest level of education completed and my highest education is Bachelor’s degree but I finished that in the Philippines. In Alberta I only did a Diploma, so I will get the 7pts for the bachelors degree. How about for the location? This is the question: Location of Highest Level of Education Completed in Canada? Will I get points from this? If so how much? Thank you so much in advance for your help
