If your were on the intake/submission date still 35 years old (which is the case according to what you say), then that will be legally your age for the attributed points.
Moreover, the points attributed to your age are locked at the time of submission. So even if you application it assessed, say, 2 years later, it is your age at the time of submission that will count.
See FAQ on Canadavisa.com - canadavisa.com/quebec-skilled-worker-faq.html :
13. If an applicant ages during the application, does he or she lose eligibility points for the age factor?
No. The age of the applicant and the ages of his or her accompanying family members (if applicable) are locked in on the day the application is submitted. For the purposes of points calculation, the applicant and the ages of his or her accompanying family members (if applicable) remain the same age throughout the application.
Now my next question is wat age they consider and how mean till the end of 35 and finally start of 36 they consider 35? Or after 35 years they count in age of 36?
