Dear Folks,

Is it possible to add "Stay in Quebec" in Mon Projet Quebec profile now and submit on 13 June in order to gain points, although I'm not in Quebec yet. I will be travelling there at the end of June for about 5 months. Do you think officers will consider it?
Please advise.
