I got e-mail on 12 dec 2013 in which CIC Nova Scotia mentioned they will send my file to the visa office.
Next e-mail aaya c 18 jan 2014 nu jado meri file New delhi pahunchi c 18 jan 2014 nu.

* PR Application was received at CIO Sydney (NS) on 24-Oct-2013
* AOR & Medical Request received on 22-Nov-2013
* Medicals done on 02-Dec-2013
** Status update on CIC website as "Medicals have been received" on 16 Dec-2013
** In process- March 21,2014
Waiting for PPR now.
