How much time take to get Medical request after submitting paper file

Hello All,

I have submitted my file in SINP without Job offer letter..without express entry
I got the Nominee letter and now I have submitted the Paper file to CIO,NS Canada in June 27 2017
may I know furter process and how Approx much time to take to get the medical request ???????

It depends on your visa office processing your file which in turn is based on the country of residence
