AOR not received for PNP paper file

My MPNP paper file was delivered on 8th November, 2018 and I have not received AOR for that. How long does it take to get AOR and how long should I wait? Is there any process to contact CIO, Sydney- NS for this?

It usually takes 1-3 months. You should contact CIC by phone or via web form
