How Much Time It Takes From Passport to Visa Stamped via VFS

Hey Christy, am sorry, I wish i knew the answer.
NDVO is getting slower this year (seems like their New-year resolution).

I remember you submitted the passports on Mar12(hope am right), in which case it's been 16 days (11 business days) so far.
It's been said by VFS that usually it will take maximum 15 business days for visa stamping and another day or two for couriers.

I believe you would be receiving by the end of this week.

I submitted mine last friday and got an email this Monday , that, it's been processing in New Delhi. Waiting for more updates

If the CIC account says APPROVED, does it mean that Visa is stamped? Mine is not approved yet.

Yes, if it's says approved, you can be sure that they are done with your stamping.
Now they will proceed sending it back to VFS office. Your return tracker will be activated soon. All the best

PNP paper-based? Just wondering why your status is “decision made”. Been reading in the forum that status for EE applicants is “Approved” after visa stamping.

M also wondering the same y my status is not changing.. i m worried a lot.. my VFS status says is being processed at NDVO..

I asked the VFS manager the other day on the processing timeline and he said that it usually takes 7-10 days, but its even taking a month these days. That's quite strange!

Haha, yeah it is.
In my opinion, Visa officers are not slouching or dawdling.
There may be more workload for whatever reason. Hope we all receive our passports soon

My Cic Portal was just updated that Final Decision has been Made. But no update on VFS website.
Submitted Passport on : 14th March, @Vfs Chandigarh.
Cic update on : 28 March
Passport : Awaited

Oh, it went to Bangalore then NDVO? My husband’s passport went directly to NDVO.

How many VO does India have? (I don’t want to Google it, I want to be spoon-fed this time )
