Does anybody hear who applied for spousal sponsorship while in the US? I just received my PPR today, 6/3/22, but have a flight that was already booked on July 3 in which I need my passport to travel. My concern is if my passport will be returned back on time if I sent it out immediately. Thanks to anyone who can provide information!

Approximately 20-25days via vfs, but might take less days than that depending on the volume. I would say 2weeks minimum

The email that was sent to me didn't ask to route through vfs, they gave an address directly to their office in Ontario. Do you think it will make the process much faster?

I received the passport submission request (PPR) yesterday for my wife’s PR application. Could anyone please let me know how long would be the validity of the stamped visa plus the duration to receive the passport back?

Hi,
we sent the passport on 25th april and received the passport yesterday for my husband's PR application. The validity is for 6 months.

I've sent the passport to VFS exactly a month ago. It reached IRCC on 12th May. Still no update. Did anyone else send their passport to the NY consulate in May?
 
Hi All,
I received my PPR request on 3rd June and did send my passport along with other required documents. However, I received another PPR email today. Has anyone else faced this issue? Will this cause any problem?

How long did it take for stamping? i.e how many days since ur dad's passport reached IRCC and returned back?
