As far as I know if you add more employers in work history then it will create separate employment records upload section for each employment.
So in work history you only mention the employers for whom you want to claim points for.
Other employment of past & future will go in personal history.
The reason am asking is - Personal history will have more employments but work history will have employments for which I am claiming points for. In this case Personal vs Work history will not match.
But any work history will create separate upload sections for the employment section.
Lets say I had 10 jobs It will ask to upload docs the 10 while I might be claiming FSW points for only 1.

In work history, we should only mention those jobs for which we want to claim points. We need to upload proper documents for each entry in Work History. Personal history is to show all the activities for last 10 years or since turning 18. Your personal history does not have to match work history. But there should be no gaps in personal history.
