I applied for PR in Sep 2005. & Got AOR in Nov 2005,Kindly give me some tentative approximate on processing time.

Nobody knows. We all seem to assume/guess. I know it is very frustrating. Check your countries CIC web-site.
Every case seems to be handled differently. To me, it looks like , since the new Ministerial list came into force, things seem to be moving only in Buffalo. (At least from the contents on this immigration forum).
