CIC website has the processing times information for PR Cards.
Did u check the cic website?
 
I landed on March 26th. Still nothing. CIC website says nothing. Calls made to them are never attended to. It keeps saying that they are having huge call volume and hence cannot connect to an agent. No matter when one calls, same message keeps plaging.
