I am a Bangladeshi applicant under NOC 0122.I applied in September 2005. On May 2009 I received a letter from Singapore CHC to submit updated document within 90 days. I submitted it on 10th Aug 2009 which reached the CHC on 12 Aug 2009.
i'm afraid nobody can give you a definite answer. you can however check www.trackitt.com to have an idea about the status of the bangladeshi applicants who applied the same time you did.
