How many days it take for spouse dependant open work permit for Canada if applying from India

How many days it takes ideally for spouse dependant open work permit for Canada if I applied from India.
Its been approx 70 days and I have not received any update or reply.

Thanks for sharing it. It says 16 weeks . My query is do CIC share update while processing or will i come to know at last
