how long would takes for normal spouse application?

For 2016 & 2017, how long would takes for normal(no marriage history or complex situation) spouse application at outland? Would that mostly within 12 months or more than that? sharing, please!!!

so many factors involved. where applicant is from, their background, the perceived validity of the relationship, on and on.. some luck and timing here and there. our app took 5 months to get to decision made. where your visa office is would be a good starting point, some are noticeably faster.

Spouse application have to be married... or maybe if you in Canada would easier, living together for a very long time that IRCC could easy trust you(these is a very special case).
