How long will the security screening take for a study permit？

Hi everyone, it seems that since last year, IRCC has conducted a large scale of security check aiming to overseas applicants. However, admissions/medical report/CAQ will expire after a year. So I wonder what's the average proccessing time for the security screening ？How many people waiting for thier study permits over a year? Thanks!
